How to change drive letter of USB Flash Drive in Windows XP

1. Log on as Administrator

2. Click Start → Control Panel → Performance and Maintenance

3. Click Administrative Tools → Computer Management → Disk Management

4. Right-click the USB Flash Drive, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths, select a new drive letter from the pull down list.
